Please note our very reasonable shipping rates, which consist only of the cost of packaging materials and actual freight rates to ship your order. We don't raise our shipping rates unless FedEx and/or UPS raise their rates to us. Handling your order is part of our service and we don't charge a fee for it.
Kindly be advised that if we ship the first portion of your order and have a backorder, that second portion must be picked up at the school by the parent or student. We offer shipping as a convenience to our families and cannot underwrite secondary shipments of backorders. If you want us to delay shipping until the order is complete, please specify this in the comments portion of your order.
If the choice of "free pick-up on campus during a regular sale date" is offered as a shipping option, please be advised that it is the buyer's responsibility to pick the order up from us when we are on campus. Orders not picked up within six months of order date will be donated to charity.
If you are not affiliated with one of our schools, your order will be shipped via
FedEx Ground Services when it is complete.
